How long does it take to get my order?

Production time is the amount of time it takes us to create your gift. Time varies depending on the item. Check each listing for production details.

Shipping depends on the method you choose and will be calculated AFTER production time.

We try our very best to meet these times, but cannot be guaranteed. If your gift is time sensitive, please leave us a message and we will try our best to meet your request.

Peak Season can get very busy and orders may take longer than usual to be made and shipped. Please leave enough time to place your order to ensure it gets to you by the desired time frame

How do I place my personalized order?

Each listing will require different information needed to complete your personalized gift.

Check the details section of each listing to see what is needed to make your gift special.

After you add your item to your cart, proceed to checkout and there will be a space where you can leave a "NOTE TO SELLER".

Be sure to double check spelling for personalized items before you submit your order.

What if there is something I like but want to change some details (ex. Color, font)?

We love creating pieces that are custom to our Customers! If there is something you want to change please message us and we can work with you to create exactly what you envisioned!

What is your Return Policy

All our Items are made and Personalized Especially For you. Therefore we will not be able to accept any returns or offer any refunds. All Sales will be Final! So please be sure to double check all spelling and information you provide to us for personalization. We can also offer mock ups for your approval before we begin your order.

However, if there is any damage or defect caused by us and or shipping please message us within 7 days of receiving your item and we may offer a replacement or the best solution for your case.
